MINIMUM QUANTITIES
Please refer to our line sheet for updated MOQ. For Clothing no MOQ applies, books and gifting products range from 3-5 pieces per item.
FREIGHT
We ship via Australia Post for AU & NZ customers and USPS for our US customers. All Wholesale pricing does not include freight charges. Freight is calculated dependant on how much is ordered and will be applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. Shipping fees apply to each seperate order.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
The Little Homie should be notified immediantly of faulty or damaged goods within 48 hours of recieving all stock. To report damages or faulty items please email images and a brief description to stockists@thelittlehomie.com. Non delivery must be reported immediantly, however please follow up with your carrier quoting your tracking numbers in the first instance if any delays. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice generated. We do not accept returns for unsold goods or change of mind.

EXCLUSIVITY
We do not offer exclusivity on our products. We are open to discussing any exclusive collaboration requests.
PRICING
The wholesale price for all Little Homie products will be 50% of the retail price net of any GST (GST for AU customers only) The RRP for all products will be provided or can be obtained from referencing our line sheet. Stockists are free to set their own pricing, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.
DISTRIBUTION
The Little Homie products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy etc. Selling The Little Homie products on these marketplaces breaches this agreement and is not allowed under any circumstance.

PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are on a 7 day payment term, unless a longer payment term has been previously agreed to in writing. We accept VISA and MasterCard or EFT. We do not accept Amex for wholesale and trade orders. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT. First time trade or wholesale order invoices must be paid in full prior to the disptach of stock. Future orders will be invoiced on a 7 day payment term.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
All goods supplied remain the property of The Little Homie until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card the overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
The Little Homie products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.

PRE ORDERS
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. Pre-orders are considered final orders and cannot be canceled once paid. We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the canceled product will be refunded in full to the stockist.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL
MATERIAL
All product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of The Little Homie. Approved stockists are welcome to use any of the images on The Little Homie website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available upon request. Whilst we encourage wholesalers to use imagery provided by The Little Homie, if alternative images are used please ensure they are of high resolution and show the products in a clear and concise manner. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage and we can direct you to our brand guidelines.

LIABILITY
The Little Homie cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with The Little Homie you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
GOVERNING LAW
No implication is made that the materials published on this website are appropriate for use outside of Australia. The laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia govern these Terms and Conditions.
